Note: We currently do not accept Kaiser insurance.

VERIFY MY INSURANCE

All cancellations must be made within 6 hours of your designated appointment time. If you do not show up for your appointment or have not called 6 hours in advance, you agree to pay 50% of your booked service price. Treatment times you select are reserved especially for you. Booking an appointment at Pure Serenity is an acknowledgment of these terms
