What is a float tank experience?

Imagine a tranquil, meditative setting, free from the distractions and noises of the outside world. You'll float effortlessly in 10 inches of body temperature, epsom salt-filled water, in a completely dark, soundproof cabin. These factors all come together to treat you to a space where all senses disappear, allowing your entire body to relax like never before. Since you are floating, your muscles and joints are free from their everyday duties and are clear to completely release any tension.

This restorative practice is known to decrease stress, improve sleep, reduce fatigue, improve mood and sense of wellbeing. It is also known to be effective for Fibromyalgia, back pain, arthritis, chronic pain, and also aids in recovery from injuries. In fact, many of our Massage Therapists recommend enjoying a float before your massage to increase the benefit of both.
